Happened to come across this beauty the other day, the Lexus RC 350 F Sport. The RC shares the front end of the L10 series GS, mid-section from the XE20 series IS convertible, while the rear componentry is from the XE30 series IS. Built to compete with the BMW 4 Series and now the new kid on the block the W205 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupe, I personally think the RC comes out top,
design wise. The only big bummer is that the RC F which is powered by a 350 kW (470hp) 5.0litre naturally aspirated V8 wont be coming to South Africa.
This particular model is powered by a 233kW 3.5litre V6 with an option of an eight-speed automatic which routes power to the rear wheels, or a six-speed automatic with optional all-wheel drive.
