The BMW M4 is a superb machine from the German automaker and ticks all boxes when it comes to performance and aesthetics. But now the German based automaker has released a more potent version, the BMW M4 GTS, a 368kW version of its already high performing 3.0 litre twin-turbocharged in-line 6 motor. To put the cherry on top, the M4 GTS has water injection, a worlds first. This means the combustion chamber temperature is lowered significantly by spraying an extremely fine mist into it during combustion as much as 80 degrees Fahrenheit. This means more power and efficiency bumping up the power form 317kW to 368kW.
When you bump up power, one has to make a couple of mechanical and aerodynamic changes. Revised steering components give it a better turn in, downforce is complemented by a racing attached to the boot. The wing can be adjusted through three positions, one for road cruising and the other two can be adjusted for track use.
Other features of the BMW M4 GTS include three way adjustable coilover suspension. Upgraded BMW Active M Differential. High performance M carbon ceramic brakes.
The M4 GTS’s interior boasts new M sports bucket seats in Alcantara and lightweight center console that’s shaves around 30 percent of the weight than a normal BMW M4. Weight saving has gone as far as swopping the conventional door handles to door release pull loops.
That roll bar looks glorious, which utilizes high-strength steel located behind the front seats. The M4 GTS utilizes OLED Technology. Which has a homogeneous effect and look pretty cool.
